Always fermented in Stainless Steel to retain its flavors and acidity, this vintage has knockout flavors of citrus and green apple with a nice smooth finish. Only 70 cases made!
Our Chardonnay comes exclusively from the Conner Lee Vineyard and shows a golden color with green apple,white peach and honeydew melon on the nose. A crisp style with silky textures and big flavors, the finish is long! Our goal is to showcase the true flavors of this vineyard, unobstructed by oak. Pair this wine with your favorite cheeses, salty snacks or some tasty seafood.
Grown in silt-sand soils from 1989 plantings, our Chardonnay is fermented in a stanless steel tank.This along with no malolactic fermentation retains the freshness of the grape and the full character of this vineyard.
