Tasting notes
Over the years of making wine, I have found the combination of Cabernet Sauvingon and Merlot to be unbeatable. This will not dissapoint! Lots of cocoa and black fruit on the nose, followed by a rich, full bodied mouthfeel. Amazing! The flavors show richness and balance. This wine will age well over the next 5 plus years. Drink with leg of lamb or prime rib. Very Limited!!
